WHAT I BRING
I bring structure to unclear product requirements.
I connect UX with requirements analysis and scope decisions, helping teams turn an open brief into clear workflows and an achievable first release.
Abysalto e-ticketing: reviewed a 100+ item feature set, turned open points into 35 documented decisions and separated the first release from later ones.
I design how the system behaves.
I work through permissions, data dependencies and exception states across whole workflows, then turn those decisions into consistent interaction patterns.
Rimac Technology: redesigned how admins grant access to fleet and vehicle data (fleet defaults, visible vehicle exceptions and time limits), then tested it with five of the people who build the platform.
I design AI interactions people can inspect and control.
I work on how people evaluate, refine or override AI suggestions, and what the product does when inputs are incomplete. I prototype the critical states (fallbacks, overrides, missing data) to check the logic before it's built.
Strives: designed an AI market-intelligence MVP where every suggestion explains why it was made and can be overridden, and the report flags missing data instead of overstating its analysis.
I build shared patterns and stay involved through delivery.
I combine design-system work with documentation and engineering support through to release. I also help other designers apply the work through mentoring, onboarding and reviews.
TrafficGuard: designed the self-service setup flows and co-built the new design-system foundation. After the self-service release, the company reported a 10.5% improvement in trial-to-paid conversion and a 90% increase in completed self-serve Meta Ads setups.

BACKGROUND
My product-design experience comes from client work at McKnight Media, where I joined as a UX designer in 2020. Before that, I worked in content, SEO, client relationships and media analysis.That earlier work still shapes how I research unfamiliar domains, organise information and communicate decisions.
